SUMMARY

Hulu is seeking a Sales Planner to join a dynamic Planning team at our San Francisco office. This person must be very detail-oriented, a strong communicator and display a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. In addition, this person must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build and manage relationships, both internally and externally. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support your assigned Sales team in executing and facilitating Pre-Sale and Post-Sale functions, including:
  • Manage the RFP process, from proposal generation to order entry
  • Work cross-divisionally to help fulfill client requests
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings
  • Review trades daily and gather industry and account-specific information to help drive revenue growth
  • Set up kick-off calls/e-mails in preparation for new campaigns
  • Manage and deliver weekly reports to clients
  • Execute budget revisions, including incremental spends and cancellations
  • Partner with Ad Operations on optimizations
  • Work with the Finance team to assist with the billing process

WHAT TO BRING

  • A strong desire to work in a collaborative Ad Sales team environment
  • Strong experience working with Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of Operative1 beneficial
  • Proactive and engaging, with a positive approach towards problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • 1-2 years prior experience in the TV or digital advertising landscape, ideally in media planning and/or buying
