SUMMARY

Hulu’s Integrated Marketing team is seeking an Associate, Integrated Marketing who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a member of the Sponsorship group within Integrated Marketing, you will join a thriving team that is dedicated to building world-class advertising solutions and responsible for pro-active sponsorship opportunities across the Hulu suite of content. The right person for this role is extremely detail oriented and is comfortable wearing many hats during the course of the day. If you are a storyteller who is motivated to push the development of innovative sponsorship solutions for brands, then this is a great role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Reporting into the Manager, the Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the entire Sponsorships vertical, specifically tied to the development of custom marketing opportunities for the larger Sales organization
  • Collaborate with Sponsorships team members and/or the various Integrated Marketing verticals on assignments and projects as needed
  • Manage relevant team status docs, resources and collateral Develop one-sheets and turn-key materials for upcoming Sponsorship opportunities
  • Assist the Sponsorships team with developing packages for upcoming marketing priorities and tentpole opportunities
  • Attend team brainstorms and participate in ideation and discussion Interface with internal support teams on an ongoing basis, collaborating on sponsorship initiatives as needed

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and/or entertainment administrative work
  • Exceptional writer. Recognized for ‘near-perfection’ writing and editing skills, often asked to proofread the work of others
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask many simultaneous projects at once
  • Team player with with the ability and desire to interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong creative idea development and organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail
  • Experience assisting with go-to-market materials and packaging
  • Relentlessly positive attitude and ability to collaborate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote) and Google Docs
  • JIRA experience is a plus
