Description Facebook is seeking to fill a full-time position of Expense Operations Analyst, in our Austin, Texas office. The successful candidate will be an important part of success and will help us scale for the future. They will be expected to help report, analyze and forecast changes to the TEC program. They must be able to problem solve, recommend solutions and exercise good business judgment while performing their function.


  • Support the overall Travel Expense and Card (TEC) program/process by supporting operations for global expense reimbursement processes, policies and systems

  • Act as a conduit between Concur, internal BizApps team and TEC team to triage, manage and solve issues

  • Develops new Expense and Concur training materials, including updates to FB’s internal Wikipedia

  • Identifies and implements expense reimbursement process improvements to be delivered by FB’s business process outsourcers

  • Develops peer perspectives and benchmark analysis

  • Completing quality assurance validations and identify new opportunities

  • Assist in maintaining active and growing community support groups

  • Delivers improvement initiatives and transformation projects

  • Support in ensuring quality internal and external customer experience

  • Assist in the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external and internal audit

  • Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned


  • 3+ years of TEC finance support experience, with emphasis on reporting and data analysis

  • BA/BS

  • Interpersonal experience, with a track record of working with business stakeholders

  • Knowledge of the TEC program in identifying process opportunities through day-to-day issues

  • Communication experience

  • Analytical experience, including experience in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

  • Concur Travel and Expense administration experience

  • Experience with global management of TMC, card programs and/or expenses programs

  • Experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com) or similar helpdesk tools
