Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate real estate tax payment files with accounts payable
  • Reconcile letter of credits and guarantees to leases
  • Setup and upload new leases in lease administration software
  • Collaborate with the legal and real estate team on newly executed leases
  • Become familiar with all building leases and building rules and regulations with a proficiency to review and investigate tenant complaints and lease questions.
  • Follow up with landlords in a timely manner on resolution of complaints, status of tenant service requests, and miscellaneous tenant requirements.
  • Coordinate real estate tax payment files with accounts payable

  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Setup and upload new leases in Visual Lease
  • Reconcile all document with the legal and real estate team
  • Coordinate completion of tenant improvements required in leases and lease amendments
  • Research and provide information on operating costs and real estate taxes.
  • Responsible for ongoing meaningful communications with the owner’s representative of the property and the appropriate accounting staff
  • Expected to be thoroughly conversant with and knowledgeable of the following aspects of Property Management:
    • Landlord Relations
    • Lease administration
    • Leasing (Strategies and Negotiation)
    • Escalation
    • Construction and Tenant build-outs
    • Accounting and Financial Analysis
    • Activity reports
    • Security
    • Tax Assessment
  • Experience with the following systems is a plus: Visual Lease and Workday

Education and Experience:

  • BA Degree, Finance or Accounting Preferred
  • 1-3 year’s experience with Commercial Real Estate industry, high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills and willingness to be an internal WeWork Contact with outside Landlords
