Develop and maintain effective, strategic working relationships with law enforcement and security authorities in the United States, Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Work closely with the legal, public policy, and other internal teams in our engagement with law enforcement, regulators, and legislators on diverse online safety topics, including child protection and counter-terrorism.
Educate law enforcement authorities on our policies, including those for protecting user privacy and responding to legal requests.
Work with investigation teams to develop and refer relevant matters to law enforcement authorities.
Work with internal teams and global safety organizations to develop and enhance safety awareness and other safety-related issues.
Gather and report on local intelligence regarding threats that could potentially impact Facebook's global workforce and business operations.
Support launches and different initiatives being driven across platforms that relate to online safety and security.
Willingness to work off hours and overtime, including the weekend and occasional holidays, to support emergency matters and interact with globally-based company employees.
Experience working comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up culture.
