Hulu’s Talent & Organization (TAO) team is seeking a Security Analyst who will work in the Santa Monica office. As a Security Analyst for Hulu you will be a key member of the Hulu Security team, creating and managing your own program and directly the Head of Physical Security. The right person for this role is detail oriented, able to analyze information, possesses high judgment and has a deep knowledge and passion for creating an environment that is safe and secure while still properly representing the brand.


  • Collect, analyze, and report information in a concise, detailed, and methodical manner to ensure the safety of our Hulugans, Guests, and the Hulu brand
  • Create and implement project plans and workflows related to security and threat/intelligence gathering
  • Manage security systems to ensure clear processes that ensure maximum value (CCTV, access control, mass notification, social media monitoring)
  • Oversee security programs including but not limited to travel safety, special events, market assessments, investigations, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to improve security monitoring and operational tasks and propose solutions
  • Complete other security tasks and projects as needed


  • 3+ years of professional experience in supporting a government agency or global security department in intelligence, crime, threat analysis field
  • Social media monitoring experience
  • Travel tracking and travel brief experience
  • Access control and CCTV camera system administration experience
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Professional demeanor
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior research skills, including ability to quickly research and provide analysis on complex and unfamiliar topics
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point and Photoshop
  • Ability to work independently with little to no direction


  • 4-year degree in a related field such as Intelligence Studies from an accredited college/university
