Description Facebook seeks a highly-motivated, detail-oriented team player to serve as Platform Enforcement Case Manager. The position will report to Facebook's Director of Platform Enforcement and Litigation. As a trusted member of the team, you will support investigations and enforcement actions for the company and its affiliates. This position will be based in Menlo Park, CA.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working on multiple complicated and often unrelated projects. You are a natural communicator who focuses on and conveys details to project owners and stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity, and to reduce surprises by proactively managing risks. You have great intellectual curiosity and a desire to invest time and energy into learning and growing as a subject matter expert. In addition, you have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and work proactively with teams across the organization, including legal, IT, security, policy, and communications.


  • Coordinate end-to-end complex investigation and enforcement action plans on behalf of project owners, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders to create agendas, prioritize and communicate project requirements, track action items and milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of critical initiatives.

  • Adapt to different working styles to create successful collaborations.

  • Rapidly identify, analyze and address complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication to influence outcomes in cross-functional settings.


  • BS/BA degree

  • 6+ years of paralegal and/or project management experience

  • Experience coordinating with a variety of audiences, including legal, technical, and policy teams, and communicating across cross-functional partnerships


  • Technology company experience

  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience

  • Well-developed organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to think under pressure, both individually and in a team environment
