Description Music Content Operations handles music rights management for Facebook. As a Workforce Strategy Project Manager, you will manage assignments, goal tracking, and strategy on how we deploy our contractor workforce. You will be involved in setting goals, prioritizing projects, and ensuring efficient use of contractor resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play the primary role in defining the workforce support strategy for the team in conjunction with relevant Media Content Ops leads. Communicate an ongoing workforce strategy and implementation, collaborating heavily with the Media Content Ops leads and cross-functional partners

  • Own end-to-end the strategic support vision for the Media Content Ops team. Work with the team and leadership to launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives

  • Interface frequently with workforce planning leads on related teams to ensure best-in-class support

  • Collaborate with the local team leads, the global managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement a workforce prioritization process that uses data, priority, and other inputs to define the Media Content Ops team's support infrastructure

  • Work hand in hand with the Global sourcing team and Finance to budget and plan for optimal workforce solutions for the Media Content Ops team keeping in mind processing volumes, quality, and workflow sensitivities

  • Interact on a regular basis with the Data team to understand and define core team KPIs, use data to drive workforce decisions across the vendor and FTE teams

  • Build and maintain a scalable workforce capable of scaling with the expected growth of a complex music ecosystem

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Quip, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel experience

  • Time management experience

  • Experience grasping concepts

  • Experience delivering constructive criticism

  • Undergraduate degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to perform music publishing research

  • Managerial/administrative experience

  • Experience developing and managing scaled workflows

  • Keen attention to detail and highly organized

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
