  • Partner with hiring managers and business partners to identify and build our staffing needs and strategies
  • Own the strategy to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited talent pools, including building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing
  • Engage key staffing and business partners in order to understand their talent needs
  • Source, interview, offer, negotiate and close top candidates for assigned roles
  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners
  • Act as brand ambassador when representing WeWork in the marketplace
  • Manage jobs in Workday, our ATS, through monitoring and progress reporting
  • Stay up to date with trends and innovative recruiting practices


  • 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
  • Prior experience in an agency environment or high volume in- house hiring would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree required
