Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

WeWork is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to help assist with our domestic Legal Team, and will be supporting our Legal team, and other members of our Global team ad-hoc. This position will be reporting to the Chief of Staff for the Legal team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage complex calendars including travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Collaborate with sub-departments to ensure that any ongoing projects are completed
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Assist with internal communications
  • Immediate technological support for conferencing calls
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
  • Ensure meetings are run smoothly (errands, supplies, catering)
  • Exceptional externally-facing skills, over the phone and in person

College degree (BA/BS)

  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, motivated and organized
  • Ability to anticipate needs
  • Utmost confidence in handling sensitive and confidential issues and information
  • Ability to manage deadlines and change direction quickly
  • Proficient in Google’s G Suite and basic computer skills
