About the Role

Uber and JUMP are looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to program manage the market development and market prioritization. If you love working with cross-functional stakeholders, pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from 30,000 feet as well as dive deep into the details, this might be the role for you.

The Senior Program Manager will work with our Legal, Policy, and Operations Teams to track and implement processes and systems across market development and civic proposals. This role is based out of our NYC office.

What You'll Do

  • Review and coordinate JUMP market entry programs and projects, including market prioritization and tracking.
  • Identify and track initiatives and action items
  • Drive analysis on important strategic decisions that informs key business initiatives, including micro-mobility launch timelines, infrastructure deployment, integration planning, and other market entry programs
  • Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at city-level, regional, and mega-regional levels on requirements
  • Collaborate with other city and central operations teams, as well as marketing, legal, and product teams, to ensure that insights inform broader strategic initiatives
  • Take ownership of implementing JUMP's program requirements and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity in an ever-changing environment
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, SQL is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership on projects and initiatives at your organization
  • Proven ability to work with and get buy-in from cross functional teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to a wide range of business partners
  • Proven ability to set team vision and roadmaps and lead others to collectively execute on the vision
  • People management experience preferred
